Natasha Devon: 'Not me being silenced it is young people'

The government's mental health champion for schools in England, who criticised the pressure put on children by the current testing regime, has been told her role is now obsolete.

Speaking to the BBC's Newsnight, she said the Tories had ignored the needs of children: "It is not actually me that is being silenced, it is young people and teachers, and that is why I am here"
