BBC man takes driving and phoning test

It has been illegal to use your phone while driving for 13 years - but too many people are still making calls and texting at the wheel.

It can result in three points on your licence, a £100 fine and of course - the biggest risk - being involved in a serious accident.

John Maguire tests the risks.
