World's biggest cruise ship is 'a construction site'

Some of the first paying passengers on the world's biggest cruise ship have described it as "a construction site" and a "serious risk to those on board".

Harmony of the Seas left Southampton on Sunday, but a number of passengers have complained about closed attractions and ongoing work.

Royal Caribbean Cruises said final finishing touches are being made, but added that this was a "pre-inaugural" sailing.

The firm said that the health and safety of passengers was its primary concern.

Duncan Kennedy reports.
