Lord Janner inquiry: Peer's family 'fighting back'
The family of the late Labour peer Lord Janner is calling for the public inquiry into child abuse to postpone its plans to examine the allegations against him, until they can be considered in the civil courts.
Lord Janner's son Daniel told the BBC's Tom Symonds that the inquiry was wrong to concentrate on him as an individual, and to allow alleged victims to give evidence without being fully cross-examined.
The peer's family is now preparing to defend his reputation in the civil courts.
