Singing MP auditions for Britain's Got Talent

A singing Conservative MP has auditioned for ITV hit show Britain's Got Talent.

Will Quince, MP for Colchester, told BBC 5 live’s Sam Walker he had agreed to audition to raise £1,000 for charity, after being challenged on Twitter by a constituent:

“He set up a crowdfunding page and raised over £1,000. I said ‘I’m a man of my word and I will enter Britain's Got Talent this week.”
