Man with mental health issues says football saved his life

A man who was sectioned after trying to kill himself several times says football saved his life.

James Casling worked with QPR Community Trust and spoke publicly about his experience for the first time in Parliament on Tuesday.

He shared his speech on the Victoria Derbyshire Programme.
