Chris Boardman on his bid to make roads safer for cyclists

Olympic gold medalist Chris Boardman is handing a petition to the government asking ministers to do more to protect cyclists.

Speaking to BBC 5 live’s Emma Barnett, the British Cycling's policy advisor said his petition asks for a change in the Highway Code so all road users are obliged to give way when turning.
