We had to leave council contract, says care firm

A home care company has told BBC Panorama it had stopped working with one council as it could not provide the service for the amount it was paid.

Cymorth Llaw said Conwy Council had initially paid £14.20 an hour for care before offering to raise that to £15, but the company decided that still was not enough.

Ken Hogg, at Cymorth Llaw, said: "We didn't think we could provide this level of service for that amount of money."
