The issue of bad behaviour in schools in England has not been taken seriously enough, and can undermine pupil performance, according to the government's ''behaviour tsar''.

Tom Bennett, behaviour advisor to the Department for Education, tells Radio 4's Today programme achieving good behaviour in schools is all about "encouraging habits" and "routines".
