Charity worker marks first year in Iranian jail

It is one year since a British-Iranian charity worker was sentenced to five years in jail by a secret Iranian court.

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a project manager at the Thomson Reuters Foundation, was arrested and accused of attempting to overthrow the regime.

Her husband Richard Ratcliffe told the Victoria Derbyshire programme how they had marked the anniversary in the UK - and how she had pleaded for him to leave their daughter Gabriella in Iran.

Watch the Victoria Derbyshire programme on weekdays between 09:00 and 11:00 on BBC Two and the BBC News channel.
