Meet Britain's new top police officer

The new Metropolitan Police commissioner Cressida Dick has laid out her plans for the future of the force.

Ms Dick is the first woman to take charge of London's police force in its 188-year history, having previously been the national policing lead on counter-terrorism.

She tells Radio 4's Today programme about her priorities for the future.
