Bill Gates: 'There will be trade-offs'

Microsoft founder and billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates has urged the UK to keep spending at least 0.7% of national income on foreign aid, saying it was proof of its goodwill and humanity.

"As you have less aid you pick the things you are going to spend less money on," he says.
