Chris Patten: China's ambassador doesn't get democracy

The last governor of Hong Kong, Lord Patten, tells BBC Newsnight that the Chinese ambassador to the UK, Liu Xiaoming, is "rather a bully" and he "doesn't know the difference between democracy and a wet haddock".
