Clergyman 'never once' reported staff at abuse care home

In a newly-discovered tape in the British Library, a clergyman responsible for a children's home where abuse occurred in the 1970s and 80s said he never reported staff.

The Reverend Nicolas Stacey, who died earlier this year, said children in care could be "incredibly manipulative" during the 2006 interview.
