Rashan Charles' family spokesperson speaks after protest

The family of Rashan Charles, who died after being restrained by police in east London, have called for protests over his death to be peaceful.

Stafford Scott, who runs race advocacy group Tottenham Rights, spoke on behalf of the family at a vigil in Stoke Newington.
