Council solar panels projects stall after subsidies cut

Millions of pounds in investment to help council tenants reduce electricity bills is in jeopardy as councils abandon plans to install solar panels.

Projects to put the panels on council homes in Harlow, Luton and Ipswich have been stopped after government subsidies were cut.
