Cornishman tells of attacks from partner
A Cornishman has spoken about the years of domestic abuse he suffered from a female partner.
In an interview for BBC Spotlight, 'Dave' said his partner regularly hit him with bottles and glass ashtrays.
On one occasion he was attacked with a hammer, ending up in hospital.
It follows a £250,000 Big Lottery Fund award to Cornwall Women's Refuge Trust, which said two out of five victims of domestic abuse were men.
