Soham drunk driver jailed for four years

A driver who killed a couple in a high speed crash has been jailed for four years.

Ben Edwards, 26, of Soham, Cambridgeshire, reached speeds of 120mph on the A142 bypass at Fordham near Newmarket, Suffolk.

He was so badly injured in the pile-up that it has taken nearly five years for the case to court.

Paul Adams, 40, and Kathryn Dunn, 26 from North Wootton, near King's Lynn, Norfolk, were hit head-on and killed on 11 March, 2007.
