Norfolk couple's 'cowboy builder' banner

A couple have put up a huge banner outside their home claiming their builder is a cowboy.

Fran Ikin and Peter Mortin said Dean Watts was paid nearly £8,000 to revamp their home in King's Lynn but claim he ruined it.

Mr Watts denies the allegations and said he has never had a customer complain before.

Mr Watts said he left the job because "the goalposts kept moving" and the matter is now in the hands of his solicitor.

Norfolk Trading Standards has confirmed it has received a complaint from the couple.
