Southern Health NHS care workers protest over 'pay cut'
Hundreds of care workers across the south of England have protested at plans to cut their annual salaries.
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust plans to restructure the unsociable hours pay of more than 840 staff who look after people with learning difficulties.
The trust, which employs carers in Hampshire, Dorset, Oxfordshire and the Isle of Wight, says the cuts are necessary to protect services.
Union Unison believes they are "colossal".
