UK storm: Phones and internet still cut off in East
Many homes and businesses in Suffolk are still without phones or internet connection, two weeks after the St Jude storm that hit the region.
Suffolk poultry producer Philip Turnbull said it was one of the busiest times of the year when hundreds of customers phone in their Christmas orders.
And Mike Walmsley, who owns a car sales business in Ipswich, said he had phoned BT at least nine times before being told he would be reconnected on Wednesday.
