Police probe fourth 'drug death'

A suspected drugs death in Telford could be linked to a dangerous batch of ecstasy feared responsible for the deaths of three men in Suffolk.

A 27-year-old father-of-three, who has yet to be formally identified, was found by his girlfriend at a property in Woodside Road in Ketley, on New Year's Day.

West Mercia Police said they believed his death could be the result of taking the drug, which is described as red with the Superman "S" logo.

Neighbour Derek Walker said he could not believe the 27-year-old had died.

Ch Insp Steve Denham from the Suffolk Constabulary said it was "really unusual to have so many tragic incidents within such a short space of time".
