Tour de Yorkshire: Take the aerial tour of the route

Follow the route of the inaugural Tour de Yorkshire with sweeping aerial shots of the host county.

The 174km (108 mile) opening stage of the race had a ceremonial start on South Marine Drive outside Bridlington Spa in East Yorkshire before heading for the finish in Scarborough.

Saturday's second stage, also 174km, is through North and East Yorkshire from Selby to York.

The final stage on Sunday will take the riders on a 167km (103 mile) route from Wakefield to Leeds in West Yorkshire, with a visit to Barnsley in South Yorkshire.

The event was developed as a lasting legacy of the Grand Depart of the 2014 Tour de France held in Yorkshire in July.
