Rail passengers face 'nightmare' journey as services delayed

Rail passengers have spoken of 'nightmare' journeys after a train brought down overhead lines at Birmingham International Station.

The incident happened at about 06:30 BST.

Virgin Trains, Arriva Trains, Cross Country and London Midland services routed through Birmingham are either delayed or cancelled.

Passengers are being urged to allow extra time for their journeys.
