62 points and still on the road

A man in West Yorkshire has 62 points on his licence and yet he can still drive legally.

Figures obtained by the BBC show that nearly 10,000 motorists are legally allowed to drive in England, Scotland and Wales despite having more than 12 points.

Jeanette Miller, the President of the Association of Motor Offence Lawyers, told Radio 4's Today how this can happen.
