Lynx helicopters leave RAF Odiham for farewell flight

Four remaining Lynx helicopters left RAF Odiham in Hampshire for an aerial tour as part of a final commemorative flight.

The British-made aircraft is to be decommissioned after almost 40 years in service.

It entered service in 1978 and has been used during military deployments to Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Sierra Leone.
