Dog is Dead perform silent concert from box in Birmingham
Midlands band Dog is Dead performed live to a select audience outside the Bullring in Birmingham on Wednesday evening.
About 300 fans could only listen to their concert, from inside a Perspex box, through headphones, which were only available if they had a ticket.
BBC Midlands Today's Joanne Writtle met singer Rob Milton, who said that the band was "into playing the stranger end of gigs."
It was part of a four-date tour organised by the music streaming service Deezer, and will feature three other bands in three other cities.
