Operation Trojan Horse: School 'transparent', says governor
Allegations suggesting that a plot took place in Birmingham to make a group of schools adhere to more Islamic principles have been "blown out of all proportions".
Tahir Alam, chair of governors at the accused Park View School, told the Today programme that the academy remains "transparent" and follows the national curriculum.
An anonymous letter sent to the city council previously claimed there was a plot, known as "Operation Trojan Horse", to oust head teachers and make schools adopt policies consistent with hard-line Islamic principles.
First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Wednesday 14 May.
