New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton: A night in A&E
Staff at a West Midlands accident and emergency department are dealing with everything from crash victims to a "regular" who turns up six times a day.
Latest figures show that at the A&E department at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, more than 96% of patients were treated within four hours.
