Environment Agency investigates rise of illegal dumping

The Environment Agency has said fly-tipping is on the rise and it's becoming a huge problem.

The agency is currently investigating a dozen cases across the West Midlands, including the latest in Kings Norton, Birmingham, where more than 100 fridges were left in a residential street.

It can cost thousands of pounds to have sites cleared.
