Sir David Attenborough awarded freedom of Bristol

Sir David Attenborough has been awarded the freedom of the city of Bristol at a ceremony at City Hall.

The celebrated naturalist and film maker has enjoyed a long association with the city through his work with the BBC's Natural History Unit.

David Garmston spoke with him ahead of the ceremony and asked him what being given the freedom of the city meant.
