Bristol designer aims to change cricket helmet safety

The world of cricket was shocked last month by the death of Australian batsman, Philip Hughes, who was struck by a ball during a match.

The 25-year-old was hit in the neck and the incident raised questions about safety tests for helmet manufacturers.

Now Tom Milsom, a designer from Bristol, believes his design could change safety in helmets across the world.
