Bristol art project captures space-edge trip on camera

A camera mounted on a balloon and launched into space as part of a Bristol art project has captured the trip.

Artists Ella Good and Nicki Kent sent the balloon up as part of their 10-year work called A Decade with Mars.

After being launched from Yate Common near Bristol, the camera came down safely and was found by Mia Williams, nine, and her friend Ffion Payne in Miskin, near Cardiff.

As part of the project the artists will stay in touch with a group of non-astronauts who applied to the Mars One Project to become the first people to colonise Mars.
