Port Vale v Bristol Rovers: Call for probe into police and steward conduct

Bristol Rovers chairman Steve Hamer has called for a full investigation into the conduct of police and stewards at the match against Port Vale at the weekend.

These images were filmed by Bristol Rovers supporters in the away end at Vale Park on Saturday.

At least two fans ended up in hospital, with reports of pepper spray being used and supporters getting punched and pushed to the ground.

The BBC has contacted Staffordshire Police and Port Vale and is still awaiting a response.
