Luke Jenkins' mother faced a battle for the truth from NHS

The parents of a seven-year-old who died after a heart operation at Bristol Children's Hospital have spoken out after an ombudsman investigation.

Luke Jenkins, seven, from Cardiff, suffered a cardiac arrest days after an operation. The ombudsman report has highlighted "missed opportunities in his care".

His mother Faye says she has been trying to find out what went wrong for the past five years.
