Swavesey engineering firm turns abroad to fill skills gap
A Cambridgeshire engineering company has had recruit from abroad to find people with the right skills, despite rising unemployment.
Z Tech, based in Swavesey, provides electronic detection systems for companies like Anglian Water and London Underground but the company now relies on Australians and New Zealanders to help fill its skills gap.
