Cambridge and Cranfield Universities share £5m research boost
Cambridge and Cranfield universities have been awarded almost £5m by the government to help them take their research into the business market.
Cranfield University, in Bedfordshire, received just over £1m, while the University of Cambridge was handed almost £4m.
The grants were announced by Business Secretary Vince Cable to help promote science and engineering research in the business world.
