Royal Navy to detonate WWII parachute mine in Helford River

Bomb disposal experts are preparing to detonate a World War II parachute mine found in a river near Falmouth.

A spokesman from the Royal Navy Bomb Disposal Unit said the device contains more than 700kg (1,543lb) of explosives.
