Cornwall flash floods: Residents deal with the aftermath

Work is under way to clean up a village "devastated" by flash floods.

Around 100mm (3.9in) of rain fell on Coverack in Cornwall in three hours, sending a 4ft (1.2m) torrent of water rushing through the village, tearing up tarmac and flooding homes.

It is believed 50 properties have been damaged, and several people had to be rescued.
