A Swedish automotive firm has announced it is setting up a new technical centre in Warwickshire.

Haldex is investing millions of pounds within an enterprise zone based at the Motor Industry Research Association (MIRA) near Nuneaton.

Haldex senior vice president Pramod Minstry said the "quality of engineers in the region" had made the area attractive to them.

MIRA Technology Park commercial director Terry Spall said 242 jobs had been created at the MIRA site so far.
