Flood-hit Cumbrian footbridge reopened

A footbridge destroyed in the 2009 floods which swept through Cumbria has reopened.

More than 250 structures were badly damaged in the county by the flooding, including Camerton footbridge over the River Derwent at Great Clifton.

The 52m (57yd) bridge costing about £500,000 was reopened by pupils from Derwent Vale Primary School.
