Cumbria club's 'most successful' swimmer

A swimmer from Cumbria has become Workington Amateur Swimming Club's most successful swimmer.

Connor Joyce, from Workington, became the fastest 13-year-old in Britain when he won the 100m breaststroke race at the Scottish Nationals in Edinburgh in 2013.

Inspired by American swimmer, Michael Phelps, he hopes to take part in the Commonwealth Games 2014 in Glasgow.

BBC Look North is focusing on sports stars of the future for its latest series of Sportskids.
