Could flooding swamp Carlisle again?

Millions of pounds have been spent improving Carlisle's flood defences since the systems were totally overwhelmed 10 years ago.

Higher walls have been built, old drains replaced and the fire service kitted out with modern water rescue equipment.

BBC Look North's Alison Freeman looks at the steps taken to protect against future flooding.
