Accident victim's mother wants mobility scooter driving test

A Derby mother has started a campaign calling for mobility scooter users to take a proficiency test.

Caren Jephson began a petition after her nine-year-old son Isaac was hit by a mobility vehicle on a pavement in Derby.

He was bruised and shocked in the accident, she said.
