Water main floods Matlock, causes a road to collapse and a cracking a gas pipe
A water main burst in Matlock, Derbyshire, flooding surrounding streets and County Hall, before a road collapsed and a gas pipe cracked.
Homes had to be evacuated because of the gas risk after the catalogue of incidents on Friday evening.
The water leak filled Derbyshire County Council's office basement, causing tens of thousands of pounds of damage.
