Derby's A38 among funding projects for East Midlands

The government has announced multi-million pound funding for jobs and road improvements in the East Midlands.

The £100bn infrastructure programme, announced by Chief Secretary to the Treasury Danny Alexander, includes plans for the A38 in Derby, two M1 junctions and an enterprise zone in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
