Work starts on a new centre for cyclists in Derby

Work has started to transform a vacant warehouse in Derby city centre into a hub for cyclists.

The centre will offer free bike parking, a repairs service, showers and physiotherapy.

Derby City Council has put £200,000 towards the project and hopes it will encourage more people to cycle into the city.
