University of Exeter chefs make meal fit for the Queen
Chefs at the University of Exeter prepare for one of their biggest challenges yet, making lunch for the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh.
The Queen, who is opening the new Forum development at the university, will have lamb, fondant potatoes and broad beans for her main coarse.
For pudding she will have vanilla pana cotta, strawberry compote, strawberry ice cream and strawberry crumble with a scone topping.
Most of the ingredients have been obtained from the local area.
