'Tidal wave of waste' swamps beaches in Cornwall

A sea of rubbish has been washed up on beaches by Storm Eleanor.

The storm brought a "tidal wave of waste", according to Martin Dorey from the #2minutebeachclean campaign.

This video from Newquay, Cornwall, shows the scale of the task faced by volunteer beach cleaners.
