Bournemouth council to go to court over Occupy camp

Bournemouth Borough Council is set to go to court on Friday to try to force protesters from the anti-capitalist Occupy movement off land at the town hall.

The group camped outside the building late last year and the council then used legal moves to force the campaigners out then.

But just hours after an eviction order expired on Monday the group returned and nine tents have been put up.
